Bulldogs secure Essendon coaching candidate as assistant for 2023
THE Western Bulldogs have secured experienced assistant coach Brendon Lade for next season. Lade had been interviewed as part of the Essendon coaching process, but will instead cross to the Whitten Oval in support of senior coach Luke Beveridge. Lade, a premiership ruckman with Port Adelaide in 2004, has been at St Kilda after earlier assistant coaching stints at the Power and Richmond.
