Cornes calls for rule change to be scrapped next season

Kane Cornes has called for the stand rule to be scrapped before the 2022 AFL season. The stand rule was introduced prior to this season with the player manning the mark unable to move laterally until the umpire calls "play on". A 50-metre penalty applies to any player who moves off the mark after the umpire has called "stand".
