Free Sicily: Hawks skipper cleared of kicking ban by Tribunal

Hawthorn captain James Sicily is free to face Melbourne on Saturday, after the AFL Tribunal threw out his one-match suspension for kicking Essendon’s Andrew McGrath. The Tribunal determined the kick, which was graded by Match Review Officer Michael Christian as intentional with medium impact, was not sufficient to constitute a reportable offence, reducing the sanction to a $2500 fine.
