How new Geelong recruit Francis Evans went from division five amateur football to the AFL

When Geelong list manager Stephen Wells turned up at an amateur game in April, Francis Evans didn’t spot him but some of his NOBS teammates did. They are mad Cats fans and they had a feeling Wells was there to watch the teenager.
