Record-breaking Dangerfield wins Brownlow Medal

Geelong’s Patrick Dangerfield has won the 2016 Brownlow Medal for his incredible first season in navy and white. Dangerfield polled in 15 matches, gaining maximum votes in nine of them to win the count with a record 35 votes – one more than Collingwood’s Dane Swan in 2011.
